CoreBalance Therapy patient care during COVID-19
CoreBalance Therapy has made the very difficult decision to partially close our physical locations, effective Monday March 23rd, as part of the ongoing effort to stem the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We intend to move almost entirely to a virtual care delivery model during this crisis.
We are still seeing new patients, but only at our University location, and after a telephone screening. That will allow us to have only a handful of people in the clinic at a time, distributed into private rooms that are completely sanitized between patients.
Thank you for your help to move to tele-therapy services. Tele-therapy is recognized by the federal government and in the current COVID-19 crisis it is a paid service by the majority of insurances. As of March 25, 2020, it is also recognized by the State of Arizona. Many of you contacted the Governor regarding this, and we thank you for taking the time to do so.
Thank you again for your support, and if you have any questions we remain available by phone at 928-556-9935 or by E-mail at [email protected].

About Us: Care Centered on You!
CoreBalance Therapy LLC was started as Frontier Therapy Services in 1999 by Amy Flory, PT. She created the clinic initially out of a desire to provide truly individualized and meaningful physical therapy treatment. She has found that it is in fact possible, even in our current healthcare climate, to create a clinic with an extraordinary environment that exceeds the expectations of patients and makes a real impact in their lives.
Over the years, Amy’s dedication to providing great care to her patients has drawn other like-minded providers to join her. (See Our Staff page for more information on each therapist.) We also treat a wide range of orthopaedic conditions and other movement disorders, providing excellent physical therapy for hip, knee, shoulder and arm pain as well as post-operative care for most orthopaedic surgeries. If you’re looking for providers with experience and extensive post-graduate specialty training who have the time and desire to focus on you, the patient, please give us a call.
